What Information Do We Collect? How Do We Use It?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit-card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.   Information gathered during the ordering process is not sold or given to others, and is required to process orders.

As mentioned above, we sometimes use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the Web site, new services, and information we think you'll find valuable. How Does the Warm Glass website Protect Customer Information?
There are two situations where the Warm Glass Gallery & Studio  website asks for personal information. 

• We ask for it when you register for our mailing list. Information given when registering is are stored in a secure online database kept by iContact, a third party which manages our Warm Glass Gallery & Studio newsletter mailing list.  Email addresses given are never shared with others and are not publicly visible or available.

• We also ask for personal information (including credit card information) when you place an online order.  This information is collected by an independent credit card agency and maintained on their web server in a secure database.  Information given when placing an order is used to fulfill that order and to communicate with you about your order. It is never shared with others and is not publicly available or visible.

What About "Cookies"?

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive.  The Warm Glass Gallery & Studio website uses cookies to track your shopping information.  Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Without cookies, you will still be able to view many pages of the website, but you won't be able to order from the website without enabling cookies.
